Before proceeding Rooting and custom recovery installation method, You need to download some required file from bellow link:

  • For Method 1 – Framaroot.apk – Download 
  • For Method 2 – kingRoot.apk – Download 
  • Root Checker Pro – Download (If You insist on checking root access)

 

How to Root Symphony Xplorer W60

Rooting Process: (Method – 1)

  • First Download all the file from aboveDownload sections.
  • After that take a complete Backup of all the data of you phone, This is not mandatory but Who knows what will happen after few second.
  • Your device battery should have at least 70% Charge.
  • Go to Your Phone’s Settings> About Phone > Press Over Build Number 6-7 times in order to activate the Developer Option. Then return to Phone’s Settings. You shall now See Developer Option just Above About Phone. Now Go to Settings > Developer Option, enable USB debugging (
  • Then Again go to Settings > Security and check if the Unknown Source is enable or not, Enable (this if it is not enabled yet.
  • Now Install and Launch Framaroot.Apk. Then Select Install Superuser and press Boromir.How to Root with frAMAROOT
  • Wait few second for installation complete.

  • You will receive a Dialog Notification toast after Rooting binary installation complete.
  • You can install Root Checker Pro 5.6.8.Apk in order to confirm Rooting Symphony Xplorer W60
    was Successful.

 

Symphony Xplerer W60  Rooting Method.

  • First download latest Kingroot.apk from the above link.
  • Then open you Symphony Xplorer W60. Go to Settings > About Phone > Find the Build version, and press over the Build version 6 to 7 times to unlock the Developer Mode. 
  • Then again go to Setting > Developer mode (You will find it above the About Phone option) and Enable the USB Debugging (Using √ )
  • Then Go back to Setting > Security Enable the Unknown source (In case if you didn’t enable it yet)
  • Install Kingrooot.apk and launch the application.

NB: Even though This Screenshot is Taken from Symphony Xplorer W69Q, Rest of the option and working process in Kingroot are all the same
  • Kingroot required Internet DATA Connection, Make sure You have enough data (Minimum 10MB) or Connect with Wi-Fi network.
  • At First Kingroot will ask for Root Checking, Press on Try ROOT.

  • Rooting Process Take Up to 5 – 10 Times. By that time your device should be root.
  • If Rooting process fail, then don’t worry. Just  reboot, now you don’t have to go through all the process. Just launch the kingroot app, And try root again.
  • Congratulation, You’ve Now Rooted Your Symphony Xplorer W60.
