1. Refund Policy for Online Courses
Our online courses (such as Amazon FBA Training, VA Training) are digital educational products delivered via instant access after enrollment.
Therefore, we follow a strict no-refund policy under the following conditions:
- If the course has been accessed or any lesson watched
- If any downloadable file (PDF, Excel, Resources) has been used
- If login has been shared or misused
Exception:
If you mistakenly enrolled in the wrong course and have not started it, you may request a change or refund within 3 days of purchase by contacting us directly.
2. Refund Policy for Virtual Assistant (VA) Services
Our Virtual Assistant services are fully custom and task-based, designed according to client requirements.
We offer no refunds for completed or ongoing services already delivered or in progress.
However, you may be eligible for a partial refund if:
- Work has not yet started
- You cancel a project within 24 hours of payment
- The task is undeliverable from our side (technical or team limitation)
Note: Refund amount will be adjusted after deducting any applicable transaction or processing fee.
